In order to maintain the beauty of your By Studio Zee jewellery we recommend you follow the Care Instructions below:

1. Avoid exposure to water, household cleaners, chlorine, salt water, tanning products and perfume. Keep jewellery dry at all times. Please remember, extreme heat conditions can damage your gemstones and metals.

2. Remember that Gold plated jewellery is designed to fade in time, however, we have chosen top quality manufacturing and only use gold filled chains. Gold plated items may need to be re-plated depending on how much you wear and care for the item. If the silver loses its shine and looks dull, use a silver polishing cloth to restore it's shine.

3. Each piece of by Studio Zee jewellery is handmade. The metal component we use is Sterling Silver. Our gold pieces are hand-plated using 18 carat gold plating.

4. Please use a silver polishing cloth or silver cleaner to restore the lustre in your silver pieces and remove any tarnish.

5. Please store your by Studio Zee jewellery in the special pouch provided separate to other pieces to avoid tarnishing, along with the anti moisture satchel provided.

6. Any damage to by Studio Zee jewellery from either storage or careless wear (including water damage) is the responsibility of the purchaser and not the responsibility of by Studio Zee.

7. Our gemstones are hand cut so all will vary slightly - no 2 are identical.
