SHIPPING

We offer shipping anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $12.00

All International orders will incur the following fees:

ASIA/PACIFIC $25.00

REST OF THE WORLD $39.95

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs can change from time to time.

We do not ship to the following countries:

Russia, Canada, and Indonesia

TIMEFRAMES

Australia & NZ - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. 

International - Please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours pending stock availability and credit card verification.

Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or a Public Holiday, will generally be dispatched on the following business day.

All deliveries are made by Australia Post and may require a signature.  For all deliveries within Australia we will use trackable post. 

Please note that during promotional and sale periods order dispatch time frames may be longer than specified above.

To track your order please email us - info@bystudiozee.com - with your name, contact number and order number.

In the event that your order is not collected from the closest postal outlet within 7 business days it will be returned to by Studio Zee.

DUTIES & TAXES

The order total, inclusive of postage, does not contain applicable duties or taxes that may be applied by customs and in the country of delivery. The responsibility for any customs duties , foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from making the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed in the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended.
