At by Studio Zee we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to love your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with the product you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something of equal value or less in accordance with the stipulations below.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges.

EXCHANGES

Please keep in mind that each product exchange is subject to inspection, all products must be in their original, unused condition in original packaging. All products for exchange must be received by us within 7 days of delivery date.
Earrings for hygiene reasons CANNOT be exchanged.
If items have been worn or damaged we are not required by law to exchange or return.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items, unless deemed faulty.
If you believe that your product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault or has been described incorrectly online, please notify us immediately upon receiving the goods info@bystudiozee.com
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, subject to inspection by Studio Zee will arrange repair, exchange or refund on your item providing that the process below is adhered to.

For all Domestic and International returns:

The purchaser is responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.


REFUNDS - FAULTY ITEMS

Unless an item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we are not required by law to offer a full refund. by Studio Zee reserves the right to determine whether an item has experienced wear and tear or is in fact faulty.
Refunds can only be credited back the same way goods were originally purchased. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by by Studio Zee, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the Product for your the money to appear in your account.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, by Studio Zee will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:


Return Process:

1. Notify by Studio Zee  - info@bystudiozee.com  - stating your reason for return within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.
    
2. Provide a "proof of purchase", as required by Law , being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from by Studio Zee, or delivery note.

3. Item is then inspected - by Studio Zee to make final decision and reserves the right to assess whether product is repairable, has experienced normal wear and tear or is deemed  faulty.

Allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. Once your return has been finalized you will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.
